a couple of years ago i went up Mt. Palay palay in ternate,cavite to write an article. there we saw marines butchering a dolphin they said "they found dying along the beach" they didn't want the meat to go to waste so they decided to preserve the meat and take it to camp. i thought that was cruel. this, however, is worse.
